Substrate Studios doesn’t ship any physical goods — there’s nothing to post or courier. Every service is delivered online, direct to you or your business.
A website build is delivered as a live, working website at your domain once it’s complete. Build timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project and are agreed with you up front when we quote the work — we’ll keep you updated on progress and let you know if anything changes the timeline.
Once a website is live, managed hosting is continuous for as long as your subscription is active — there’s no separate delivery step, the site simply stays online and maintained.
Access to the console (booking, billing, and client-management tools) is granted immediately when you sign up — your account and free trial activate as soon as you create them, with no waiting period. If you choose a paid plan, access continues uninterrupted for as long as your subscription is active.
